Returns & Exchange Policy

In alignment with the bespoke nature of SIRÈNE Demi Couture creations, the following exchange policy applies:

​•​Exchanges are accepted within three (3) days from the date of successful delivery.

​•​To be eligible for exchange, items must remain:

​•​In pristine, original condition

​•​Unworn, unused, and unwashed

​•​Accompanied by all original tags and packaging

​•​Exchanges may be made for an alternative piece, subject to availability, whether:

​•​Of equal value, or

​•​Of greater value, with the price difference settled by the client

​•​Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.

​•​Monetary refunds are not offered. All approved cases are limited to exchanges only.

​•​Clients assume full responsibility for any damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging during return transit.

​•​All shipping and handling fees related to exchanges are borne entirely by the client.
